Several Heinekens and Leffes. Big scrotamate left all three bottle openers in my luggage on the car-deck so I can't open the bottles of Westmalle trippel I bought on board. Pressie for Rog and Simon perhaps (if they last that long). |

Not wishing to take on Seamus' role, but this was posted on Tuesday 26th August, with the promise of being out "early next week" (w/c Monday 1st September).

| Sorry folks, the mag's not out yet. We got it to print on time, as ever, and it was promised for delivery on Thursday last week - which the printers failed to do thanks to 'technical problems'. They are now promising it for delivery tomorrow morning. I'll put a story up as soon as the mags are in my hands. |

I don't remember there being a Printer in Trumpton. There was a fire station, town hall square (with lady selling flowers) and I vaguely remember a milkman.
Wasn't the next village called Thiggly. |

...and this is bike related as PC McGarry of Camberwick Green rode a black bicycle (not to be confused with Policeman Potter of Trumpton).
Trumpton does have a printer after all... Mr Munnings. I quote "He prints everything and anything, but particularly the posters for the Trumpton band concert and Velovision".

PC McGarry number 452
PC McGarry is the thorough, do it by the book type. He travels around on his MOTORBIKE and talks to HQ on the bike's radio. But he's not overly friendly and for that matter he's not very big either.
...in fact theres none of the characters ride bicycles after all. |

| It was so nice seeing Stuart on the cover and Denise's daughter inside. Denise has inspired me over many miles with her matter-of-fact attitude to cycling. Seeing Lauren on page 20 nearly made me cry. I desperately want the disabled stuff to down load for a colleague. Is it OK if I photocopy instead? |
