  • Apart from recumbent stuff be good to read about trend in China with electric bikes. Sounds like a great issue.

  • Yes I have just been in China on bicycle, and the Chinese are surely going electric, especialy in Chengdu end Kumning. But the prices are also very low about 1/10 of the european price tag.

  • What proportion of bikes are electric? Of course it's not pollution free so really a worrying trend in many ways.

  • Another fine issue, so I'm only too pleased to renew.

  • Another excellent issue.

One very important question from Sue Holden's Isla bikes review though.
Where can I get a Darth Vader bell from?

  • I have a set of down low glows on the ICE S they are a great bit of kit and make you stand out well at night. Plus the guys at DLG are great as one of the tubes broke so I sent it back and it was replaced free of charge. great customer service...

  • Great issue (again)..not so sure about practicallity of french QBX (whose web address/google search couldn't locate)
Regarding brakes I have made some 350kg franchise trikes which travelled slowly with 20" wheels and used Shimano rollerhubs which could easily be swapped if required and stopped well
    thanks again
    Wayne

  • Am thinking about bringing my road bike to Thailand in the Spring.
Anyone have any advice, etc. about biking in Thailand.
Also would be interested in meeting other riders who might be there at the time.
