The electric pedals won!£50k towards development is secured for the electric pedals inventor... Congratulations to Stephen Britt whose electric pedal invention was shortlisted for a £50k innovation prize, as we reported earlier. Velo Vision/Electric Bike helped him with a media campaign which resulted in over 30,000 views on the voting page. He's today been announced as the Southern Region winner. Stephen, seen here at the York Cycle Show, is delighted and plans to spend the £50k on developing the product further and putting it into production. Posted on 15 July 2010
