Here's how they describe their event, just a week or so away now. Wells There is a real need to make our streets bike-friendly. For short journeys of a few miles, cycling is often quicker than driving. With congestion charging it will now be even cheaper. It also keeps you healthy, lets you breathe fresher air than in a motor and keeps you in touch with your neighbourhood.
