This ad appeared in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.



The unfortunate photographic illusion was quickly noticed and action was taken to correct the advertisement, but not before the image made it to the news stand. They should have used a bike seat that was not tan in color!! This was also featured on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

  • I would guess that this is an 'intentional' mistake. Without it, the advert would have now been forgotten but with it, were are still talking about it. And a note for future advertisers: don’t forget that recumbents have bigger seats..
