In response to customer requests Challenge Bikes have announced a new mesh seat option for their trikes (see reviews in Velo Vision 25 and 33):



They've also announced that a 'Furai 700C' is upcoming, and we should have pictures on Friday. It will be made to their full 'SL-II' super-lightweight specification with rear suspension, carbon fork and caliper brakes.

Challenge have for some months been developing a hub dynamo for their trikes - supported by an axle on one side only, of course:



The hub is still under development, but Challenge hope to receive some first samples in the first week of January. Attaining high efficiency at a reasonable price was, they say, a challenge!
