I don't know whether they're happier now they've seen the plans - http://www.londoncyclesport.com/news_2005_ctc/velopark24.html - but I predict that certain BHPC racers will be Not Pleased that the new circuit will:

a) Be even hillier, probably
b) Have lots of bends
