Film, radio and a Greenspeed newsletter


Handcycle movie at Leeds Film festival on Friday, and a Radio 2 phone-in tomorrow morning - plus the latest from the Australian trike makers...

  • Jonathan Patterson writes: "... at the Leeds International Film Festival they will be showing Handbikemovie. See www.handbikemovie.com for details of the film (including some clips) and www.leedsfilm.com for how to book tickets. It will be shown at 1.45 pm 5th November at Ster Century Cinema, Leeds. Admission �5.50 or �4.50 for concessions."

    I was talking to a couple of guys from the handcycling association on Saturday, they are very keen to develop the first race of their season at castle coombe into a cycling festival, any interested?

  • Got some more info about the Handcycling event I'll post full details up under the Wolvesonwheels.co.uk website when I get permission to do so.
    The proposal is to make a weekend of it as an event in the Euro HandBike cicuit.
    Proposed dates: APRIL 24, MAY 22, JULY 3 or 31, AUG 7 2005
    Peter I can pass on details of the guys who have taken over UKhandcycling if you are interested in doing a piece on them.
