Simple: just put in the URL, surrounded by < and > signs:
<http://www.velovision.co.uk >
The line above has an extra space before the closing > so you can see the code, not the link. Remove this space and we have:
http://www.velovision.co.uk
Note that the http:// bit is required.
There's also an alternative way:
[url ]http://www.velovision.co.uk[/url ]
also (once you've deleted the spaces) creates a link: http://www.velovision.co.uk
and if you want to link some text, rather than the link address, use:
[ url=http://www.velovision.co.uk ]The Velo Vision website[/url ]
which, with spaces removed, gives: The Velo Vision website
